These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this official FiiO online store. By browsing, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to FiiO’s Privacy Policy.

1. The store

This store is operated for the sale of FiiO-branded audio products and accessories. Product photography and descriptions are for reference; the actual product prevails. Firmware, apps, and drivers may be updated over time.

2. Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in the store currency and may include a compare-at price when a promotion is running. Promotional prices currently use a 40% discount (6折) off the listed original / compare-at price unless a product page says otherwise. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues, and will notify you using the email on the order.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of checkout information and for keeping login credentials confidential.

4. Intellectual property

FiiO, 飞傲, product names, logos, photography, and copy on this store are protected. You may not copy or commercially reuse them except as allowed by law or written permission from Guangzhou FiiO Electronics Technology Co., Ltd.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the store, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful purposes.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, FiiO is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the store. Statutory consumer rights in your country are not excluded.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the store after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
