Published FiiO warranty terms (reference). Store purchases also follow the official Return and refund policy in Shopify Settings > Policies.

The above guarantees start from the invoice-issue / order date. Problems caused by accident or human factors are not covered. Local sales agents may determine regional details. FiiO Company reserves the final interpretation and amendment of these terms.
